The Diagnosis
Buying jeans online is plagued by uncertainty. Sizing issues led to longer consideration times and high return rates, disproportionately affecting shoppers with natural body shapes who didn't see themselves in traditional modeling.
The Engine
We engineered a data-driven inclusivity campaign. Instead of selecting models on a "beauty aesthetic," we built a Size Finder and visualization tool powered by sales data, returns, and purchase behavior metrics. This allowed shoppers to view the attire in 360 degrees on a model that actually matched their body shape.
The Outcome
Performance: Driven more than a 30% impact on successful purchases.
